- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the tomato in half vertically and remove the stem. Slice into quarters and then cut each piece in half horizontally.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil). Add dried shirasu, tomato, and chopped green onion, then toss gently.
