- 30g pickled takana
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part)

- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the dried shirasu until the moisture evaporates. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy.
Push the rice to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the empty space. Stir-fry until the eggs are semi-cooked. Add pickled takana, green onion, and soy sauce, then mix everything together.
