Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Shirataki
- 1 bag shirataki noodles (200g)
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the soup ingredients (chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, and water) in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add shirataki noodles and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add dried wakame and simmer for 1 minute. Then pour in the beaten egg and let it cook for 1 minute until set.
Serve in bowls and drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle white sesame seeds evenly.
