INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves, minced
- 40g edamame
Dairy
- 40g processed cheese, diced
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Other
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and mince them. Dice the processed cheese into 5mm cubes.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground pork, minced shiso leaves, and all ☆ ingredients. Mix thoroughly until sticky, then fold in the diced cheese.
Place 1/8 of the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, shape lightly, and roll into a candy shape, twisting the ends. Repeat to make 8 pieces. Microwave in a heatproof dish at 600W for 2 minutes, flip, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove the parchment paper from the sausages and cook, rolling them gently, until evenly browned over low-medium heat.
