Bread
- 🍞 6 slices sandwich bread
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Processed Seafood
- 1 piece (100g) fish cake
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
ШАГИ
Cut sandwich bread into 5mm cubes. Mince the green onion.
Remove the vein from peeled shrimp, wash, and pat dry. Chop half into paste and cut the other half into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, tear the fish cake into small pieces. Add green onion, shrimp, salt, and potato starch. Knead until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions, shape into balls, and coat evenly with bread cubes.
Heat 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 160°C. Fry the balls for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
