INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150ml water
PASOS
Cut the chicken wings at the joint into two parts: the midsection and the tip. Make a vertical incision along the bone on the midsection.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Place the midsections skin-side down and add the tips in the gaps. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and ginger slices to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked and flavors are absorbed.
Uncover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
