- 180g canned salmon (water-packed)
- 150g daikon (5cm piece)
- 2 green onions
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 100ml water

Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Slice the green onions into 1cm pieces.
