- Daikon radish 1/2 piece

- 🧂 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 🍬 Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- Dashi stock 300ml
LANGKAH
Peel the daikon radish, cut it into 1cm thick rounds, then into half-moon slices.
Boil the daikon in a pot of water until it softens.
In a pot, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the pre-boiled daikon and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Once the flavor has soaked in, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
