Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) nameko mushrooms
- 🧈 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
BƯỚC
Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain well. Pat the fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine all the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the mushrooms and tofu, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.
