INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces (200g) fried tofu
- 1 piece (250g) konjac
- 6 shishito peppers
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 💧 50ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the fried tofu in half and slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Rub with salt (not listed in ingredients) and rinse under running water. Boil in a pot of water for about 3 minutes to remove odor.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the konjac over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the fried tofu and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the shishito peppers and stir-fry for about 1 minute until lightly cooked.
