INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 medium head red cabbage
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 🧅 1 medium onion
- 🍅 1 large tomato
Condiments
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Seasonings
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
STEPS
Combine cabbage, green pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, powdered sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing well to combine.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow everything to marinate.
