SCHRITTE
Grate the daikon. Boil water in a pot, add the shelled broad beans, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and drain. Similarly, boil the shrimp until the color changes, then remove.
In a bowl, mix the grated daikon and ponzu sauce. Add the cooked shrimp and broad beans, and mix well. Serve immediately.
