- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, sugar, cooking wine, plum extract, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for 30 minutes.
Prepare and slice optional vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, onion, and green chilies.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables until slightly softened.
Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Simmer until the vegetables release water and everything is tender.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Top with mozzarella cheese and microwave for 2 minutes until melted.
