Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌱 5 green onions
- 1 tbsp soju
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 3.5 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and let the chili powder soak for 30 minutes.
Clean the squid, remove the innards, and blanch it briefly in boiling water with soju. Slice the body into rings and cut the legs into 5 cm pieces.
Halve the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice diagonally.
Thinly slice the onion and cut the green onions into 3 cm pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the squid, cucumber, onion, green onions, and the prepared seasoning. Mix well.
