INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥔 2cm (200g) daikon, peeled and sliced
- A small amount of daikon leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper for chicken
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Peel and slice the daikon into half-moon shapes, and chop the daikon leaves into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until browned on the surface. Flip the chicken and add the daikon, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the daikon leaves and the seasoning mixture, stir-frying briefly to combine.
