INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g pork tenderloin block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 scallion, sliced diagonally
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
Toppings
- To taste white sesame seeds
- To taste chili oil
PASOS
Slice the scallion diagonally and cut the pork tenderloin into 5mm thick strips.
Mix the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil) in a plastic bag and massage the pork thoroughly.
Combine the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil) in a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add scallions and stir briefly.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan, stir to coat evenly, and serve on a plate. Garnish with chili oil and white sesame seeds as desired.
