INGRÉDIENTS
Pork
- 2 slices pork loin (300g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour for coating
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
Sauce
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Side Dish
- 🍟 French fries as desired
ÉTAPES
Make small cuts in the fat of the pork loin to prevent curling. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Cut spinach into 3cm pieces after removing the roots.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook the pork until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté spinach until wilted. Add flour and stir until no lumps remain. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and cheese, then pour over the pork.
