INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 4 slices ham
- 4 leaves (280g) spring cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (40g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
PASSI
Thinly slice the spring cabbage and carrot into julienne strips.
Cut the ham in half and then into thin strips.
In a bowl, combine the spring cabbage and carrot, add salt, and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
In a separate bowl, mix the drained vegetables, ham, corn, and the ☆ seasonings (mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar).
