INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 3 green onions, chopped
Seafood
- 🐚 300g clams, cleaned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and chop green onions.
Clean clams by rubbing them together in water to remove dirt.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add mushrooms, garlic, and chili, and stir until coated with oil.
Add clams, sake, and soy sauce, mix lightly, cover, and cook on low heat until clam shells open. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
