INGREDIENTES

- 250g cake flour
- 🍬 100g sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🥛 1 paper cup milk
- 🌽 1.5 paper cups canned corn
PASOS
Whisk the egg in a bowl and mix in the sugar.
Add milk and mix, then sift in cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine thoroughly.
Fold in 1 paper cup of canned corn and mix gently.
Pour the batter into molds, filling them 70-80%, and top with 1/2 paper cup of canned corn.
Steam in a preheated steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
