- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (250g)

- 20g shirasu
- 1/2 mentaiko
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and remove the contents. Mix the mentaiko, shirasu, and sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, garlic, pepper) in a bowl.
Place the cooked potatoes on a serving plate and pour the mentaiko sauce mixture over them. Serve immediately.
