- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until they are coated with oil.
Add kimchi and stir briefly. Then add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mixing well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
