- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 ume plum, pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 a pinch of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the green pepper thinly and pit and chop the ume plum.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened.
Add green pepper and the seasonings (ume plum, sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the green pepper softens.
