INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 3 cabbage leaves (190g)
- 2 bell peppers
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Tofu
- 1 block fried tofu (200g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the fried tofu in half lengthwise and then into 1cm thick slices.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the cabbage and bell peppers briefly, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) and garlic to the pan. Heat until fragrant, then add the ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add the fried tofu and seasoning mixture. Stir-fry briefly, then return the cabbage and bell peppers to the pan and mix well.
