INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can scallops (150g)
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 🧈 20g salted butter
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, a small amount
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tsp water
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the leaves and stems.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic and cabbage stems, and stir-fry.
Once the stems soften, add the scallops and cabbage leaves.
When the cabbage leaves are tender, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
