INGREDIENTES
Fish Cake Stir-fry Ingredients
- 3 sheets fish cake
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 50 ml water
PASOS
Slice all ingredients lengthwise.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 3 tbsp of oil, and stir-fry fish cake until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and stir-fry onion, king oyster mushrooms, and green onion until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the cooked fish cake, seasoning mixture, and chilies to the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed and slightly thickened.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
