- 80g thinly sliced pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauces and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Cut off the root ends of the pea shoots and halve them.
Mix the ☆ ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork.
Add the pea shoots and the mixed sauce to the pan, stir-frying over medium heat for 1 minute.
