INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🌱 8 snap peas
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 sheets Korean seaweed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them diagonally in half. Seed and chop the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add red bell pepper and snap peas, stir-frying briefly, then add the sauce and mix to coat evenly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle torn Korean seaweed on top.
