INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g daikon greens, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oils
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut the daikon greens into 4cm pieces and mince the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly and garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the daikon greens to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper) and stir quickly. Finally, mix in the sesame oil.
