- 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🧅 50g white part of green onion, sliced diagonally
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
BƯỚC
Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and slice the white part of the green onion diagonally into 5mm slices. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (doubanjiang, soy sauce, and sugar) in a separate bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, stir-fry until the pork changes color, then season with salt and pepper.
Add the green onion and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until semi-set.
Add the tomato and stir briefly. Pour in the mixed seasoning and stir-fry everything together.
