MALZEMELER
Wrapper
- 5 rice paper sheets
Filling
- 🐟 15 slices smoked salmon (100g)
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 50g mizuna, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🧀 5 slices cheese, halved
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
ADIMLAR
Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces and thinly slice the avocado after peeling.
Dip a rice paper sheet in lukewarm water to soften, then place 1/5 of the mizuna and a halved slice of cheese near the bottom edge.
Add 1/5 of the smoked salmon and avocado slices alternately on the upper side of the rice paper.
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat for the remaining 4 rolls.
Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, and mentsuyu in a bowl to create the dipping sauce.
Serve the spring rolls on a plate with the wasabi mayo dipping sauce on the side.
