- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🐖 150g sliced pork

- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir gently until set. Remove from the pan.
Add more oil to the pan, heat, and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until its color changes. Add green onion and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Return the eggs to the pan, add sake, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry everything together.
