Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of tai (sea bream)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 bunch of mitsuba
Seaweed
- 20g salted wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup dashi stock
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and soak the wakame in water to remove excess salt.
Place the tai fillets in a pan and season with salt.
Add the sliced onion, wakame, and mitsuba around the fillets.
Pour the dashi stock, sake, and soy sauce into the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with additional mitsuba if desired.
