- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 4 tbsp sukiyaki sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut off the stems of shishito peppers and make a vertical slit on each.
Coat the salmon fillets lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shishito peppers, and sauté briefly. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan, add the salmon fillets and cook over medium heat, flipping occasionally until both sides are golden and cooked through.
Add sukiyaki sauce and water to the pan, spooning the sauce over the salmon as it cooks. Serve on a plate with the shishito peppers as garnish.
