ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetable
- 350g daikon, cut into 2cm slices
Protein
- 2 slices yellowtail
Spices
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut daikon into 2cm slices, score the surface, and halve them. Microwave for 7 minutes at 600W, then drain the water.
Cut yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a pan, add daikon, and cook until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan, cook the yellowtail over medium heat until fully cooked.
Wipe off excess oil, return daikon to the pan, and add the seasoning mixture.
Cook until the sauce thickens, flipping occasionally to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with julienned ginger.
