- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🥓 8 slices of bacon
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the potato into matchstick-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain well.
Place 1/8 of the potato slices on a slice of bacon and roll tightly from one end. Repeat for all 8 slices.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip, add sake, cover, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Once the sake has evaporated, season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
