ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 block spam, diced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
Kimchi Seasoning
- 5 tbsp kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Beat 2 eggs until smooth and dice the spam into small cubes. Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pour in the beaten eggs.
In the same pan, fry the diced spam until golden and crispy.
Add cooking oil to the pan, then stir-fry the kimchi with kimchi juice.
Add oligosaccharide and sesame oil to the kimchi mixture, stir well, and cook until fragrant.
Divide the cooked rice into bowls and top with scrambled eggs, fried spam, and stir-fried kimchi.
