INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 80 ml water
PASOS
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Remove the stem of the tomato and make a shallow cross-cut on the opposite side.
Boil water in a pot. Place the tomato on a ladle and submerge it in boiling water for about 20 seconds. Remove when the skin starts peeling, then cool in cold water and peel off the skin. Cut the tomato into wedges.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a bowl. Add the tomato wedges and shiso leaves, then mix gently. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
