ÉTAPES
Cut the tomato into 2cm thick slices and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat both sides with flour.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat until half melted, then add the tomato slices. Sauté both sides until crispy and season with salt and pepper.
Plate the sautéed tomato slices and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
