ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Seafood
- 25g tarako (cod roe)
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetables
- 300g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 4 shiso leaves
- nori (seaweed) as needed
Seasoning
- 50cc mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 150cc water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Place the nagaimo in a plastic bag and lightly crush it with a rolling pin, leaving some chunks.
Cut the tarako lengthwise and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Mix the mentsuyu, water, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Plate the somen noodles and top with nagaimo, tarako, egg yolks, and shiso leaves. Pour the sauce over and garnish with nori.
