ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 100g pork
- 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
ШАГИ
Slice the onion and grate the ginger. If fresh ginger is unavailable, use 1/4 tsp ginger powder.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients and marinate the pork for 10 minutes.
Shred the cabbage or lettuce for garnish.
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until cooked through.
Serve the pork over rice, topped with shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and green onion.
[Teriyaki Version] Sauté onion in oil, then add plain pork slices and cook until no longer pink.
Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, ginger) into the pan and simmer until thickened.
Serve the teriyaki pork over rice with garnishes like green onion and sesame seeds.
