- 50g dried yamakurage
Spicy Cod Roe Mayo
- 25g spicy cod roe
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Wash the dried yamakurage with water. Heat a pot of water (enough to cover the yamakurage) to about 40°C, then turn off the heat. Soak the yamakurage for about 1 hour to rehydrate, then drain the water.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the yamakurage, and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, then squeeze out excess water and cut into 3–4 cm pieces.
Remove the contents of the spicy cod roe into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients for the spicy cod roe mayo and mix well. Combine with the prepared yamakurage and mix thoroughly.
