INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Garnish
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Make a cut along the central bone of each chicken wing.
Place the chicken wings in a plastic bag and coat them with all-purpose flour.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, water) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken wings and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and simmer until the liquid reduces and coats the chicken. Sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds before serving.
