Main Ingredients
- 🌭 1 pack Vienna sausages
- 🍘 1 handful rice cakes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Cut Vienna sausages in half.
Blanch the sausages in boiling water.
If using frozen rice cakes, blanch them briefly to make them chewier. Skip this step for refrigerated rice cakes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, water, and minced garlic.
Sauté the blanched sausages and onion in a pan with a little oil.
Pour the prepared sauce over the sausages and rice cakes, and cook until the sauce is fully reduced.
