    • 🧅 25g minced onion
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Mince the onion and soak it in water for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, water) in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C (2cm depth). Fry the fish until golden brown, flipping once.

Mash the boiled egg in a bowl, add minced onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Mix well to create tartar sauce.

Spread butter and mustard on the cut sides of the burger buns. Layer green leaf, tomato slices, fried fish, and tartar sauce evenly. Assemble the burger.
