ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 200g horse mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 100ml vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot. Mix the sauce ingredients (vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder) in a container, then add the vegetables and let them marinate.
Remove small bones from the horse mackerel fillets and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Coat the pieces with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the fish pieces, flipping them occasionally, until golden brown.
Add the cooked fish to the marinated vegetables and sauce. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down to ensure the fish is submerged. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
