Meat
- 50g ground meat
Dairy
- 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp miso
ШАГИ
Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the ginger thinly. Separate the cilantro leaves from the stems, chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces, and cut the stems into 2cm lengths.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the ginger, and stir until fragrant. Add the ground meat and cook over medium heat until the fat is released. Lower the heat slightly and add the fish sauce, sugar, and miso. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add the cilantro stems and mix briefly.
Place the tofu on a serving dish, top with the stir-fried mixture, and garnish with the cilantro leaves.
