Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Carbs
- 30g vermicelli
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
ШАГИ
Remove the skin from the chicken breast. Place it in a microwave-safe container, season with sake, salt, and pepper, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Let the chicken cool with the wrap still on. Once cooled, shred into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the cucumber and slice the tomato thinly.
Boil water in a pot, cook the vermicelli for about 2 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain. Cut into manageable lengths using kitchen scissors.
Mix all dressing ingredients (☆) in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate, followed by cucumber, vermicelli, and chicken. Drizzle the sesame dressing over the top.
