Meat
- 🥩 500g beef block
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- Watercress for garnish
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.
Bring beef to room temperature. Rub salt and pepper onto the beef and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then remove. Increase heat to medium and sear beef on all sides for 1 minute each. Wrap beef with garlic in double-layered aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped beef on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 140°C for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove from oven and let the beef rest in the foil for 30 minutes to settle the juices.
Slice the beef into desired portions, plate, and garnish with watercress.
