ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Tofu Dressing
- 🥚 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
ШАГИ
Boil water in a pot, crumble the tofu into it, and cook until boiling. Drain and let cool.
Julienne the carrot and cut the shimeji mushrooms into small pieces.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then cool in ice water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into 4 cm pieces.
Heat the seasoning ingredients in a pot, add carrot and mushrooms, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Mash the tofu in a mortar and pestle, then mix with the sesame paste, sugar, salt, and soy sauce until smooth.
Combine the spinach, carrot, and mushrooms with the tofu dressing and mix well.
